MeadowRush Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data the game MeadowRush (“the game”) processes, why we process it and what rights you have. We collect as little as we can.

What data we process and why

Your position and actions during a Ghost Race are forwarded in real time to the other players in the same race and are not stored.
Your game settings and sign-in session are stored only on your device.
The game has no ads, no analytics, no crash reporting and no tracking. We do not sell your data.
Who can see your data
- Other players can see your username, your scores, the groups you are a member of and messages you send in those groups.
- Our server provider hosts the game server for us as a data processor under a contract: [DOPLNIT: server provider and country, e.g. FORPSI, Czech Republic].
- Public authorities, only if the law requires it.
Where your data is stored
On our server in the European Union ([DOPLNIT: server provider and country, e.g. FORPSI, Czech Republic]). We do not transfer your data outside the EU.
How long we keep it
- Account data, scores, groups and messages: as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete this data within 30 days.
- Technical server logs: up to 30 days.
Age
MeadowRush is intended for players aged 13 and over. Players under 15 (or under the age of digital consent in their country) may use the online features — account, groups and chat — only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz), or the authority in the country where you live.
Security
Passwords are stored only as a secure hash.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. We will announce significant changes in the game.
