Solfeggio Binaural Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the mobile app Solfeggio Binaural (Android, com.pesstudios.solfeggio) by PeS studios (“we”) handles user data. Contact: info@pesstudios.com.
Summary
The app requires no sign-up, contains no ads or analytics and does not collect, upload to any server, share or sell any personal data.
What the app stores on your device
- your settings (for example the selected frequency, environment, theme and language),
- your custom frequencies, environments and sequences.
We do not send this data anywhere. If Android automatic backup is turned on, the system may back up the app’s data to your Google account. That backup is managed by Google according to your settings; we have no access to it. Uninstalling the app removes the data from the device.
Voluntary purchase (“Buy us a coffee”)
You can voluntarily buy us a coffee in the app. Payments are processed solely by Google Play; we have no access to your payment or personal details. Payment processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Internet connection
The app connects only to Google Play to show and process the coffee purchase. Sounds are generated on the device and nothing else is downloaded or sent.
Permissions
- Notifications – to show playback controls in the notification shade so sound can play in the background.
- Foreground service (media playback) – for uninterrupted playback while the screen is locked.
Ads, analytics and third parties
The app contains no ads and no analytics. The only third-party library that communicates over the network is Google Play Billing, used for the voluntary coffee purchase.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
