Delete your Ballandie account

Delete your Ballandie account (nickname, leaderboard results) right in the game: Žebříčky (Leaderboards) → Účet (Account) → Smazat účet (Delete account). This deletes your nickname, all results on our server and your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication). It cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the game, email us from the address you sign in with (for a Google account, its address) at info@pesstudios.com and include your nickname. We will delete the account and data within 30 days and confirm it.

Results kept only on your phone (without an account) are removed by uninstalling the game. More in the privacy policy.
